As a leading Construction Organisation, PJM Construction NW Ltd, have a legal duty to put in place suitable arrangements to manage for health, safety and the environment.

We manage this legal duty by utilising effective Leadership and Management, maintaining a fully trained workforce, and by providing an environment where people are trusted and involved.


The SHE objective of PJM Construction NW Ltd, is to minimise the number of instances of occupational accidents and illnesses and ultimately to achieve an accident-free workplace.

All of our employees are provided with suitable and sufficient equipment, information, training and supervision as is necessary to implement our policies and achieve the stated objective.


At PJM Construction NW Ltd, we recognise and accept our duty to protect the health and safety of all visitors to the company, including contractors and temporary employees, as well as any members of the public who might be affected by our operations. 

Role – CDM 2015

Whilst we are involved in projects ranging from small to large, we are most comfortable adopting the role of Principal Contractor. All of our operational procedures are designed for maximum efficiency in this role.


We currently hold the CHAS Elite accreditation which demonstrates our processes and procedures are carried out to the highest level.

SafeContractor is our other accreditation which confirms the findings of CHAS.

As some clients often require the Constructionline accreditation, we intend to obtain this.

We have developed our Management Systems to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management. We are currently working towards full accreditation.
