Description Of Work:
- We are proud to have been involved with the development of the Cygnet Lodge in Salford. The interior of this former Residential Care Home was completely stripped out, extended and re-roofed in part. The new internal layout provided 19 bedrooms and 3 multi-person suites. This £2.8m modification / refurbishment project was completed in record time and now houses over 20 service users who require valuable mental health support.
